Explore the techniques of story telling and attitude shifts to guide and drive your improv comedy in this three hour workshop led by globe-trotting Canadian improv veteran, Ryan Millar.
Join us on Sunday 27th June in Hove (Near Brighton and the sea)
£15 / 12 Places available / 2-5pm
Ryan will lead two sessions on:
Story Telling
Improve and focus your story telling, (the key to compelling improv). Let the story do the talking as we explore narration, time travel, editing, and callbacks, to name but a few, all in service of funnier and more interesting scenework.
Taking an Attitude
Status and perspective adjustments can take improv scenes to funnier heights. We’ll discover ways to endow everything and everyone around you with importance. Then we’ll explore your reactions to the world you create. These rich relationships will take your scenework to some surprising places.
Followed by a wisdom interview.
